Our licensed customers utilizing our software are the sole owners of the information collected on this site or sites we host for them. Settlement companies utilizing the NexGenCRM software will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted them. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to send a contract. Unless you ask us not to, our settlement company clients may contact you via email in the future to tell you about opportunities, new offerings or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Your access to and control over your personal information allows you to opt out of any future contacts from user of our software at any time. There are a number of areas within the NexGenCRM web site that collects personal information. This information is required to initiate membership into our program. We collect personal information for a number of reasons. During the online enrollment process, we collect the following personal financial data:

• Personal Information (Social Security Number, Address, Phone, Email, Salary, Pay Period, Employer, Occupation)

The above data is stored and used by companies utilizing our NexGenCRM software to enroll users. Debt information is used to qualify the customers or clients in their debt settlement programs. Budget information is collected to provide the users of our software an overview of their customer's finances.

NexGenCRM Client Database Hosting:
In the event a settlement company client licensed to use our NexGenCRM software hosts their own data separately, meaning on a database server not directly controlled by the NexGenCRM's employees, then their privacy policy would be in effect. We can not be responsible or liable for customer data collected and stored on database servers not under our direct supervision. All inquiries related to your personal information captured by one of the companies utilizing our software to store at their own location customer data on their company servers would need to be directly addressed to them.

General Provisions:
NexGenCRM reserves the right to change this privacy statement in its sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to the NexGenCRM Privacy Statement will be communicated through this site at least thirty (30) days in advance of implementation and will apply to that personal information collected from you after the date of implementation.
