The NexGenCRM CRM application is housed on remote servers at an ISP (Internet service provider) location. We have partnered with the premium ISP provider Rackspace Hosting, who put a trademark on the words Zero-Downtime Network. Rackspace provides NexGenCRM with what they call Fanatical Support, having a 1 hour hardware replacement policy in the event any hardware issue occurs. There are a lot cheaper hosting options available but that is not a risk we would take for our customers nor in line with our goals to become a top-tiered software vendor. NexGenCRM is responsible for assuring 24/7 user access, 365 days per year, all software upgrades and more. Users simply access our debt settlement software solution, NexGenCRM via the Internet with no additional software requirements such as Microsoft Office.

This is our 4th generation of CRM products. In having as much experience as we do in web based CRM development we are able to revisit application areas from previous versions and look for ways to improve on them. We have learned how to develop systems with the flexibility to meet the needs of the current debt settlement environment along with embedding a forward thinking design that can be easily adapted to meet future requirements. We use the latest iterative development processes with a relational database design allowing for a superior product. In most cases we develop using Object-oriented programming which provides for a more rapid development process but also through the reuse or sharing of code, a more stable product. We developed a new framework for this version of NexGenCRM which allows us to utilize core components of the application to rapidly create new user applications. We can spend our time focusing on the specific business application requirements using this architecture, not revisiting the base components that are a part of most new applications. The end result to you is a stable debt settlement software system that has a user friendly common look and free operating within our presentation layer. An additional benefit is the ability to provide custom enhancements, if requested, at a lower cost in shorter timeframes.
